  • All our products are made to order. Please allow 1–2 days for processing before dispatch.

  • During busy periods (holidays, promotions, or high demand), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK Orders: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days after dispatch (depending on location).

  • Please note these are estimates only; we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

5. Delays & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services, customs, or events outside our control (e.g., strikes, weather, pandemics).

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Missing or Lost Orders

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at colourmeinbook@gmail.com.

  • We will work with the courier to investigate, but please note replacement or refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

7. Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
